| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature study,investigation,and statics,this article,based on the diamond model theory formed by the famous American strategic management expert michael porter in Harvard Business College,analyzes production factors,demand conditions,strategic structure,related industries,government,opportunity six factors of developing badminton fitness market in Shaanxi Province.It can enhance the space in prototype in the market.With the situation of development opportunities,many problems need thinking and solving. |
