| 摘 要： | 传统的库存周期计算方法对多品种多批次的混合存货并不适用。文章基于作业提出了多品种混合存货的库存周期计算方法．并以石化流通企业的燃料油产品为例加以说明。这种基于作业的库存周期计算方法能够有效地按批次对不同品种的混合存货进行库存跟踪和库存管理。

| Abstract: | The traditional method for calculating inventory period is not applicable for hybrid stock of multi-products. The paper studies the method based on operation to calculate inventory period for hybrid stock of multi-products and takes refined oil product of petrifaction circulating enterprises as an example to illustrate the viewpoint. This method is proved to be effective in inventory management for hybrid stock. |
