| 摘 要： | 创新体系，提升指导质量，建立健全一套行之有效的辅导体系，对学生、学校乃至整个社会必将产生深远的影响。要做好学生的就业工作，切实提高学生的就业品位，学校就必须以教育引导为主线，以实践支撑为依托，以队伍保障为抓手，有针对性，有目的性地开展就业指导服务，从根本上提升学生的就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | Constructing and perfecting an effective entire-journey counseling system to innovate and upgrade the guiding quality is sure to produce a far-reaching significance to students, colleges and the whole society. To effectively guide students＇ employment and enhance their employment pursuit, professional colleges should mainly resort to education and guidance, base their guidance on reality and their success on a counseling team so as to be able to provide a pertinent and clear-aimed guidance and make students more competitive in employment. |
