管理科学性与艺术性之边界问题研究

从管理学发展的历史入手，提出管理科学性与艺术性的边界问题。首先，从经济学角度对边界存在进行了论证，其次，在对边界确立的影响因素做了归纳总结的基础上，提出了决定边界形成的影响因素模型。最后，提出需要继续研究的问题。

The Study on the Boundary between Artistic and Scientific Characters of Management

To begin with the historical development studying of the management, this paper puts forward the boundary between artistic and scientific characters of management. First, the authors demonstrate the existence of the boundary from the view of economics. Secondly, on the basis of the summary to the influential factors of the boundary establishment, the authors bring forward the influential factor model for determining the boundary formation. Finally, some problems that needed to be continuously investigated are given.
