| 摘 要： | 海南生态省建设战略的实施，推动了海南可持续发展能力的提升；可持续发展能力的评价对于海南省走“生态建省、农业强省”具有现实的指导意义；利用信息熵的有关理论，构建相关指标，对海南省及其周边省区、东部部分发达省区的可持续发展能力进行评价，结果表明，海南省的可持续发展能力远远低于东部发达省区，仅强于周边的广西区和云南省；分析了海南省可持续发展能力与周边省区、以及东部发达省区之间存在的差距，提出了提升海南省可持续发展能力的对策和建议。
