| 摘 要： | 实施MBO是中国国有企业近几年兴起的改革措施之一。能否正确对待MBO，不仅会影响国有企业的深化改革，而且也会影响经济的进一步发展。为此，有必要对实施MBO的内在必然性和必要的条件以及对试点企业暴露出来的矛盾进行较为全面而系统的分析。

| Abstract: | It is one of the countermeasures of the reform to implement the MBO in China in recent years.How to eveluate the MBO is very important,it is not only concerns the deep reform of the state-owened enterprises, but also affects the development of the social economy .So we must expound overall and systemly to the necessary ,conditions and the contradictions of the experimental enterprises for the implement of the MBO. |
