浅谈国有企业工资制度改革的必要性

摘    要:建立现代企业制度,是改革实践提出的要求,也是国企改革发展的历史必然,怎样建立与现代企业制度相适应的工资制度,文章指出建立国有企业工资制度必须从“自主经营、自负盈亏”这个现代企业制度最基本的问题开始,并提出建立一整套具有激励约束机制的现代企业工资制度是非常必要的,也是能力社会的必然要求。

Abstract:To establish the modern enterprise system is not only the demands of the reform practice, but also the historical necessity of the reform of state owned enterprises' development. Starting from the research on what kind of salary system is in accordance with modern enterprises system, the author proposeas that the establish of morden state owned enterprises' salary system must be set out from the most fundamental question of modern enterprises system-self-determination management and assuming sole responsibility for its profits or losses, and brings forward establishing a whole set of modern enterprises' salary system, which has the characteristics of both stimulation and restriction, is very necessary. It's the necessary demand in capability society.
