漳州与台湾渔业合作交流的现状和发展思路

漳州和台湾在渔业方面有许多共性。本文分析了两地开展渔业合作与交流的情况,指出目前两地在渔业合作与交流中存在着产业层次以第一、二产业中的水产养殖业和水产加工业为主、双向贸易以小额的水产品贸易为主、海洋灾害预防和渔业综合管理基本没有等问题,提出了在海峡西岸经济区建设中两地可通过深化产业合作、加强经贸往来、加强科技交流、共建基础设施、联合开展综合管理等来促进渔业合作与交流的发展思路。

The fishery cooperation and exchange between Zhangzhou and Taiwan

There are many common fishery characters between Zhangzhou and Talwan. Aumor analyses the current situation and the problems of fishery cooperation between Zhangzhou and Taiwan, points out that the most of fishery trade between them is low value seafood, and mainly involves aquaculture and seafood process, and there is no ocean disaster prevention and fishery management involved. At the same time author puts forward the proposals of how to deep the industrial structure, strengthen the commercial trade, enhance the science and technology exchanges, establish infrastructure and develop cooperation in western zone of the Taiwan Straits.
