信息不对称下生产性服务业FDI的空间集聚的实证研究

信息壁垒的存在及高质量服务购买时的经验性特征使生产性服务业FDI在最初进入时往往会追随制造业。本文以美国1994—2009年进入25个国家进行生产性服务业直接投资的面板数据为研究对象，分析了生产性服务业在信息非对称环境下进入东道国的空间集聚因素及模式选择；研究表明进入初期生产性服务业FDI往往追随制造业FDI，但随着信息壁垒的减弱，生产性服务业FDI和东道国制造业表现出更大的关联度；生产性服务业的价格指数随着服务业跨国公司数量的增长而降低，东道国生产性服务业种类的上升会降低东道国制造业的生产成本。

The Empirical Study of Spatial Agglomeration of FDI in Producer Services under Asymmetric Information Barrier

Producer services of FDI in producer services will be confronted with moral hazard and information barriers when entering host country,which make it will follow manufacturing FDI.This paper research on panel data of FDI in producer services in 1996 to 2009,analyzes the keyfactors and mode of FDI in producer services' entering under asymmetric information barrier background.And we get the following conclusions: information barriers and experience for purchasing high-quality producer services makes FDI of producer services will initially follow manufacturing FDI;FDI in producer services often show greater association to Local manufactur-ing when information barrier has receded.The price index of local service sector will reduce as the number of services multinational corporations reduced and the increase of local producer services variety will reduce local cost of manufacturing.
