全要素生产率增长有利于提升我国能源效率吗?——基于35个工业行业面板数据的实证研究

摘    要:本文通过SFA的方法计算了我国35个行业全要素生产率,并将其分解为规模效率、技术进步和技术效率,在此基础上将35个行业分为7类分别衡量了全要素生产率各组成部分对能源效率的影响,得出以下基本结论:1998~2008年我国工业行业全要素生产率的平均增长率为-0.7%,主要原因在于规模效率表现为负增长,而技术进步率和技术效率表现为正增长;从总体上来说,技术进步在能源效率提高过程中起到了主导作用;对于规模经济要求较高的行业规模效率对能源效率的影响较大,对于以技术竞争为主的行业技术进步对能源效率的影响较大;技术效率改进对于各行业能源效率提高都起到了积极作用;国有企业比重越高、企业规模越大、对外开放水平越高,行业的能源效率也就越高。

Abstract:In this paper,we calculate total factor productivity of 35 sectors in our country by the method of SFA,and decompose the scale efficiency,technological progress and technical efficiency.On this basis,we put 35 sectors classify into 7 sorts,and measure the every part of TFP impact on energy efficiency.The result of empirical study show: the total factor productivity in China's industrial sector is-0.7% in 1998-2008,and mainly due to scale efficiency showed negative growth rate,but technological progress and technical efficiency are positive growth;Generally speaking,technological progress in energy efficiency has played a leading role;The scale efficiency is obvious to energy efficiency for the higher scale of economies industry,and technological progress is obvious to energy efficiency for technology competition industry;;Technical efficiency improves energy efficiency for various industries;The higher proportion of state-owned enterprises,larger scale of enterprises and the higher level of opening,the higher energy efficiency.
