| 摘 要： | 财务战略作为企业总体发展战略的内容之一,在企业中具有举足轻重的作用。正确、充分地认识财务战略形成及实施过程中的影响因素,将有利于企业财务战略管理的运行。本文从周期性影响因素角度出发,详细论述了周期性因素存在的必然性及其在财务战略管理过程中所起到的不可忽视的作用。
