退耕后农牧交错带农业可持续发展研究——以内蒙古四子王旗为例

自从2001年国家全面实行退耕还林政策以来,农牧交错带地区生态环境有了明显的改善、农民的生活状况发生了很大的变化,生活水平日益提高,但是也存在明显的后劲不足问题,表现为农民收入增长缓慢,甚至出现停滞的现象;以位于阴山北麓的典型农牧交错带地区——四子王旗为例,在分析农民生活贫困成因的基础上,提出加快城镇化步伐及发展农业适度规模经营是农牧交错带农业可持续发展的必然选择。
