摘    要:随着经济建设突飞猛进地发展和人民生活水平日新月异地提高,城市配电网正日益面临着提高供电可靠性的迫切要求。拔地而起的高楼大厦、办公设施的现代化、生活用品的电气化以及生产过程的自动化都无法忍受任何理由的哪怕是很短时间的停电。电压是电能质量的重要指标之一。传统的电能质量包含频率、电压和可靠性三个方面。因此,实现配电线路自动化以提高电压质量保证供电可靠性是市场经济建设和贯彻《电力法》的需要,势在必行。

Abstract:With the rapid dev.elopment of economic construction and the rapid improvement of people's living standard, urban power distribution networks are faeing with the urgent requirement of improving the power supply reliability. High-rise skyscrapers, modem office facilities, daily necessities of electrification and automation of production processes can not tolerate any reason,even a very short period of time of power failure. Voltage is an important index of power quality. Traditional power quality ineludes frequency, voltage and reliability three areas. Therefore,to achieve automation of distribution lines to improve reliability of power supply voltage quality is necessary for market economy development and implementation of the "power law", and is imperative.
