| Abstract: | State Economic and Trade commission choices 10 garden cities to set up local social service systems of SME's for experiment, which has achieved fruitful results but the service ability is weak. It can't meet the need of SMEs .The article analysis merely problems about ability relied in experiment and indicates the leading ideas to improve the ability of Local social service systems of SMEs, and puts forward the new means and way. |
