| 摘 要： | 识别组织智力特征是组织整合智力资本并转化为组织价值的基础。运用扎根理论对江苏高校协同创新中心的组织智力进行研究，发现了4个方面的特征，即全国行业领先型战略目标、特色科技型知识管理、双能型领导者与多样型合作伙伴。
