| 摘 要： | 以引文网络作为反映学科知识交流的表征,利用期刊引文网络数据,采用聚类方法对管理科学期刊所属学科领域进行了分类。研究了管理科学4个学科领域内的知识交流模式,结果表明系统决策期刊类团的知识是管理科学领域其他期刊吸收知识的来源。管理科学与社会科学等10个学科领域知识交流模式进一步分析,结果表明引证网络图中处于最重要位置的是经济学,管理科学领域在引证网络图中处于第二中心的位置。
