| 摘 要： | 评判房地产业发展是否健康,主要应看房地产业与区域发展是否协调。文章基于协同论理论,首先建立了房地产业与区域发展的协调度评价模型,然后定量考察了样本区域房地产业与区域发展的协调度,最后得出结论：我国一半样本省市的房地产业与区域发展不协调,主要表现为房地产业与区域社会发展不协调。
