中国企业家均衡发展的理论思考:积极心理学视角

企业家作为推动中国社会转型和经济繁荣的主体性力量之一,其均衡发展不仅与提高个人幸福指数和工作-生活质量显著相关,还与企业持续发展和社会经济和谐发展紧密相关,而且与提升组织、社区和社会的总体幸福水平不无关系。但是,企业家的发展失衡则会给个体、家庭、组织和社会带来十分显著的消极影响。实证研究结果显示,当前中国企业家群体表现出了成功与幸福失衡、工作与家庭冲突的明显趋向。在积极心理学理论架构的引导下,基于价值观体系失序与物质主义倾向的视角探索了企业家发展失衡背后的深层机理,提炼出了企业家价值观体系的核心要素并构建了企业家均衡发展理论模型,从驾驭成功与幸福、平衡工作与家庭、塑造积极心理品质和动机内化等角度提出了企业家均衡发展的理论路径。
