| 摘 要： | 文章针对经典TOPSIS法不能体现方案之间相似性的问题,提出了一种基于灰色关联系数改进的加权TOPSIS法。该方法综合TOPSIS和灰色关联分析在处理数据序列中对曲线位置和曲线趋势的不同侧重,首先对加权的决策数据矩阵计算灰色关联系数,再对灰关联系数矩阵计算理想解和贴近度。考虑现有权重确定方法的可操作性和简化性以及基于群组决策的矩阵特性,提出将群组决策特征根和层次分析法相结合的Group-AHP方法定权。最后,应用该方法对我国9大航空客运公司空中服务质量进行评价,并与经典TOPSIS方法的评价结果进行对比,结果表明,改进的方法能够较好地反映服务质量评价中的平稳性和顾客偏好,与权威机构的评价结论一致。
