| 摘 要： | 企业生态化发展是解决资源短缺、环境恶化等生态问题的有效途径。本文提出了企业生态化的内涵、分析了协同学对于企业生态化发展的指导作用;通过分析得出了企业生态化协同发展的动力源是企业竞争的结论;文章以Lotka_Volterra模型为基础,构建了企业环境资源拥有量作为核心变量的企业生态化协同发展模型,通过模型分析得出结论：企业间协同发展机制的建立是互惠互利的。能够促进企业共同健康发展;并依据协同学的思想构建了企业生态化发展纵向协同模式及信息协同模式。
