| Abstract: | The paper discuss the methods and characteristics about evaluation of usufruct of forest land in agricultural zone,factors impacting prices of Evaluation and transaction based on the on-site investigate at Yancheng.And the authors try to give some reasonable explanation in difference between evaluation price and transaction price,also they put up their suggestion on improving administration of forest assets evaluation. |
