| 摘 要： | 在消费需求的导向作用下,促进消费结构、产业结构优化升级,发展生态消费、生态产业,发展文化教育和各类服务业;接着说明消费需求的导向,应该如何优化消费结构,优化产业结构并促进两个优化升级的良性循环;还论述了要端正消费需求的导向作用,以利于加快转变经济发展方式;最后提出转变经济发展方式的最佳效益;促进消费和谐、社会和谐,解答＂历史之谜＂。
