| 摘 要： | 本文在比较分析世界主要金融中心形成模式,总结它们的形成规律和共同特征的基础上,提出了国际金融中心形成的＂大国模式＂。认为上海在国际金融中心建设过程中应多借鉴＂大国模式＂,而其他金融中心形成模式对上海的借鉴意义不大;同时上海在建设国际金融中心时应而选择自然形成模式为主,政府主导模式为辅的＂大国模式＂,并针对上海的优势与不足提出了相关的政策建议。
