| 摘 要： | 利用SAP R/3系统提供的基本物流管理功能,结合公司的实际情况,通过对原有SAP R/3中有关模块的本地化处理和对各类角色的重新定位,提出了一种新的面向订单生产和企业资源管理系统相结合的供应链管理方式.实现了管理系统与实际运行情况的完好结合,使供应链管理系统中的物流、资金流和信息流能够协同运作,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本.

| Abstract: | B ased on the basic logistics management functions in SAP R/3 system and the practice of the company, the paper localizes the related modules in the original system, readjusts their roles and puts forward a new SC management mode which combines make-to-order production with the enterprise resource management system in order to fulfill the collaborative operation of logistics, capital flow and information flow in the SCM system. |
