| 摘 要： | 新医改方案中逐步取消药品加成政策,是目前医疗卫生行业的热点话题。本文分析了JIT药品采购模式和传统采购模式的不同,指出了目前医院所处的供应链管理环境已经建立,实施新的药品采购管理模式已经提上日程。在本文的最后还提出了实施JIT药品采购模式的方法和措施。
