特大城市边缘区城市化进程分析--以武汉市江夏区为例

当前我国的城市化已经进入一个新阶段，由过去的乡村城镇化逐步转向以城市为主的城市化，尤其是特大城市发展的政策性壁垒逐步消除，使特大城市发挥越来越明显的区域带动与增长极核效应。特大城市边缘区经济增长、土地利用以及社会发展的合理与否直接关系着特大城市自身可持续发展策略的实施。以武汉市江夏区为实证，分析特大城市边缘区城市化进程，以期得到有意义的结论。

An Analysis of Urbanization Process of Marginal Areas of Large Cities--With Jiangxia District, Wuhan City as an Example

Urbanization in our country has shifted from the urbanization of rural districts to the urbanization with cities as the main body. With gradual elimination of policy barriers, metropolises have begun to show an obvious function of promoting and increasing regional economy and become the nuclear of the whole area consisting of the fringes and city proper. The fulfillment of sustainable development of the big cities is closely connected with the economic development, utilization of land,and social development of the marginal area. This paper analyzes the process of urbanization of marginal area of large cities with Jiangxia district of Wuhan City as an example,expecting to draw some meaningful conclusions.
