浅谈大学生如何提高自我表现能力

对于当代大学生来说,能否成功地进驻自己的领域,创造一番成功的事业,取决于自己的"身价"和"品牌"。这种"身价"和"品牌"不仅包括个人的专业技能和业务素质,自我表现能力对于提高"身价"和"品牌"塑造起着同样重要的作用。但由于自身、教育体制和社会环境的影响,当前大学生的自我表现能力在某种程度上存在着一定的问题,本文通过分析近几年有关的调查报告和书籍,针对目前学校和个人的状况,浅析了应如何提高大学生的自我表现能力。

How to Develop the Ability of Self-expression in Universities

As for a contemporary college student,presence of his success and to create something successful career depend on his own ＂worth＂ and ＂brand＂. This ＂worth＂ and ＂brand＂ includes not only the individual＇s professional skills and professional qualities,ability of self-expression for improving the ＂worth＂ and ＂brand＂ plays an equally important role in shaping. However,as affected by himself,the educational system,and social environment,current students＇ability of self-expression exist certain problems to some degree. By analyzing related books and investigation reports,viewing of current status of colleges and individuals,this paper has given analysis of college students that should be how to improve the ability of self-expression.
