ERP关键成功因素的分析研究

基于对文献的初步研究总结得来的关键成功因素(CSF),形成调查问卷,对随机选取的小样本进行问卷调查,问卷中的每一CSF采用1-10分的打分测试(被试认为最为关键的可给最高分,一般的给中间分,最为不重要的给予最低分),对这一小样本的调查问卷得来的数据,利用Spss for Windows13.0的Factor过程进行因子分析,同时综合评价这一小样本的应用影响因素情况,从而总结出影响ERP项目成功实施应用的关键因素模型,其研究的目的为找出ERP的关键成功因素构面以及它们之间的联系,以进行合理的规避,对企业正确认识并应用ERP具有指导意义。

A Study on the Critical Success Factors in ERP Implementation

The formation of questionnaire with CSF which based on the initial research and conclusion to the re- cords,investigating the random less sample through ques- tionnaire,each CSF in the questionnaire is tested with 1- 10points,to these data from the less sample,using the SPSS for Windows 13.0 to process factor analysis and comprehen- sively appraise the condition of application and effection fac- tor of the less sample,then conclude the key factor model which affect the successfully application of the ERP project, the purpose of the research is to find out the construct of the CSF and the relationship between them,conducting the proper evade,this has the instruction significance for the en- terprises to correctly understand and use ERP.
