| 摘 要： | 国务院2007]32号文件从全局和战略的高度,对新阶段新疆经济社会发展进行了全面部署和安排,为新疆今后一段时间的发展指明了方向。本文就新疆贯彻落实32号文件中应该高度关注的转变经济增长方式、改善民生、调整投资与消费的关系、加快南疆三地州发展等问题进行了系统的分析研究,并提出了今后工作的着力点和措施。

| Abstract: | No.32 Document in 2007 of the State Council has deployed and arranged the economic and social development in Xinjiang from an overall and strategic view,which demonstrates the direction of development for the future of Xinjiang.The paper analyzes systmatically such issues as changes in the mode of economic growth,improvement in people's livelihood,relationship between investment and consumption,and acceleration of the development of the southern three areas.What's more,the paper also proposes the future work focus and measures. |
