| 摘 要： | 本文主要对绿色壁垒制度所产生的正面效应展开简要的研究．提出了绿色壁垒制度的技术创新效应、制度创新效应、绿色生产与消费效应以及标准接轨的导向效应．并在此基础上以欧盟电池法令为例．提出了相应的建议。
