| 摘 要： | 乡镇企业作为农村经济的主体，其规模已成为生存竞争与效益贡献的决定性因素之一；乡镇企业的规模与效益呈正相关，而且表现出显著的地域差异；建立不同类型的乡镇企业集团、开辟不同层次的乡镇企业开发区，是提高乡镇企业规模效益的现实途径。

The scale and the benefit of townshipenterprises show the remarkable territory difference. According to the local conditions, it is theactual ways to construct enterprises groups and exploitational regions that realize the scale-benefit and aggretive-benefit. |
