| 摘 要： | 我国应根据自己的具体国情和实际情况,有效借鉴加拿大成功的农民培训模式与经验,尽快通过立法形式构建农民培训的长效机制,不断增加农民培训的经费投入,确定切实有效的培训内容,并努力实施农民职业资格制度等措施,以使我国农民培训工作赶上世界先进水平。

| Abstract: | In our country,we should use the reference for the success of the Canadian farmers training mode and experience according to our specific national conditions and actual situation,,through legislation as soon as possible to form the farmer training mechanism,increase the farmer training expenditure,and determine the effective training content,and work hard to implement measures such as farmers professional qualification system,in order to make our country’s farmers training work catch up with the advanced world levels. |
