新生代农民工“市民化”问题研究——基于社会资本与社会排斥分析的视角

在新生代农民工融入城市的过程中,社会资本与社会排斥共同构成了其"驻"与"返"判断的两个重要因素。不同的社会资本类型可以为新生代农民工提供更多的就业信息,拓宽新生代农民工的就业途径,为他们之间以及他们与相关组织系统之间建立信任关系,从而提高他们的活动效率。但是,新生代农民工在城市社会面临的政治、经济、制度、文化等方面的"社会排斥"却制约了这种资本的效力,从而阻碍了新生代农民工融入城市的进程。因此,新生代农民工要想留在城市完成继续社会化的过程,必须明确以下路径:从滞留(共栖),到城市适应,再到城市融入(竞争、合作、内化与认同等),最后实现融合(共生)。

Research on "Urbanization" Problem of New Generation Peasant Workers

In the process of the new generation peasant workers integrating into city,social capital and social exclusion together constitute two important factors of the "in" and "return" judge.Different types of social capital can provide more employment information for new generation peasant workers,broaden the new generation peasant workers' employment way,build trust relationship among them and between them and related organizations,so as to improve their activities efficiency.However,new generation peasant workers in the cities are facing the social politics,economy,system,culture and other aspects "social exclusion",which had restricted the capital effectiveness,then hindered the process of integration into the city of new generation peasant workers.Therefore,if the new generation peasant workers want to stay at the city completely to continue the process of socialization,it must be clear and definite the following path: from the retention(cohabitation) to adapt to the city,and then to the city integration(competition,cooperation,internalization and identity,etc.),and then realize the fusion(symbiotic).
