雇主品牌竞争力多层次模糊综合评价模型研究

摘    要:雇主品牌竞争力评价是衡量企业人力资源管理水平的重要依据之一,尽管我国各类雇主评选活动正在兴起,但目前尚无科学、有效的雇主品牌竞争力评价系统。所以,建立一个科学、有效的雇主品牌评价模型对于雇主品牌价值的彰显很有必要。为此,结合雇主品牌评价的实际特点,从社会认可度和员工满意度两个方面建立雇主品牌评价指标体系,便于企业采取具有针对性的雇主品牌建设策略。
