国际关系的退化机制分析:一项研究议程

国际关系在行为体之间的有意识互动中形成并发生变化,变化的方向既可能是正向演化也可能是逆向演化。作者提出了一个国际关系退化机制的研究议程,聚焦国际关系中无处不在的逆向演化问题。现有的国际关系演化成果带有明显的进化偏见,对国际关系的逆向演化问题视而不见,凸显了国际关系退化机制研究的学理意义。国际关系的退化机制分析具有多条研究路径和丰富的研究内容,作者把进化与退化的道德含义抽象掉,以合作和冲突之间的转化趋势界定进化和退化,进而在借鉴一些间接相关文献的基础上,提出了它的四个主要研究问题,分别是进化和退化的含义、机制的类型及相互关系、国际关系变化的动因以及社会化的过程和机制。
