| 摘 要： | 保护农户生计是新农合的一项长远目标。课题组在四川阆中与富顺两地调查发现,新农合并没有显著地改善农户的生计策略,究其原因,主要是因为补偿率偏低、人口流动频繁、大量的门诊费用没有报销、医药服务价格上涨太快等。本文提出了改进新农合生计职能的对策建议。

However,according to the survey of the research group in Langzhong and Fushun of Sichuan Province,the new rural cooperative medical system has not improved the peasants' livelihood.
