江苏省经济增长与就业结构偏离研究

本文通过建立统计模型,运用数理统计的方法分析了江苏省各产业从业人员、地区生产总值和全社会固定资产投资之间的关系,反映了近年来江苏省就业增长状况的基本轮廊和江苏省近几年的经济发展与就业率相背离的现状,基于调整线性回归模型对经济增长率与就业增长率偏离的原因进行了分析,得出了保持经济适度快速增长,大力发展第三产业,开发人力资源,完善就业形式以促进就业增长等观点。

Jianshu province economy growth and employment structure deviation research

In this paper,through the establishmentof mathematical model,using the methods of mathematical statistics analyzes the relationship among the industry practitioners in Jiangsu Province,GDP and total fixed asset investment.The results reflect the situation of Jiangsu Province’s employment growth in recent years,the basic contour and the divergence between economic growth rate and the employment rate recent years.Based on adjusted linear regression model,we suggest he reasons for deviation between economic growth rate and employment growth rate,additionally,providing several measures to maintain fast economic growth,those measures were vigorously developing the tertiary industry,pushing the development of human resources,improving the forms of employment in order to promote employment growth.
