| 摘 要： | 当前,食品安全问题异常突出,在谷物中常常会检测出玉米赤霉烯酮,此类物质会对人、动物的身体健康构成严重威胁。为降低恶性事件的发生概率,应加强对玉米赤霉烯酮的检测,本文采用高效液相色谱法,控制好各项指标,进而达到检测要求。本文就高效液相色谱法测定玉米赤霉烯酮的方法予以分析。

HPLC Method for the Determination of Corn Gibberellic Ketene Profiling |

| Abstract: | At present, food safety issues is highlighted, the corn gibberellic ketene is often detected in grain which would pose serious health threat to people and animals. To reduce the probability of occurrence of malignant events, the detection of corn gibberellic ketene should strengthen. This paper using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, good control indicators, to meet the testing requirements. In this paper, the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of corn gibberellic ketene analysis. |
