摘    要:职业教育应走出"技术至上"的误区,在专业教学中融入素质教育,在培养目标中渗透学生的职业素质。现代社会要求的人才是有综合职业素质和职业技术的人才,只有如此,才可以使烹饪专业的教学焕发生机与希望。

Abstract:Vocational education should get rid of the misunderstanding of technology first, integrate quality education into professional teaching, and bring the vocational quality of students into cultivation goal. Modern society needs talents with comprehensive vocational technology and professional quality. Only in this way, cooking professional education can get new vitality and vitality.
