摘    要:老百姓怕得病,更不愿吃药,都希望通过饮食保证健康。胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在我国发病率居各类肿瘤的首位。一般胃癌未经治疗者平均寿命约为13个月。每年约有17万人死于胃癌,几乎占全部恶性肿瘤死亡人数的1/4,且每年还有2万以上新的胃癌病人产生。胃癌是一种危害性极大的癌症,所以需要从日常开始预防。

What to Eat Away from Cancer of the Stomach
Abstract:Nowadays, some citizens suppose that only through having ordinary diet can they avoid from suffering from disease without taking medicine. Gastric cancer is one of the most common harmful tumour in our country, whose morbidity rate rank the ifrst comparing with that of other kinds of tumour. Generally, average lifespan of patients who have gastric cancer without being cured is roughly 17 months. Actually, there are about 170 thousand people passing away for gastric cancer while more than twenty thousand people being diagnosed as gastric cancer each year,which nearly account for 1/4 of total mortality of therioma. In daily life, it is of vital importance for us to prevents ourselves from having gastric cancer or it may be destructive for our surroundings.
