摘 要: | 本文以五星级酒店为研究对象,分析五星级酒店存在的食品安全问题,并针对这些问题提出解决对策,以期保证酒店餐饮食品安全,提高五星级酒店服务质量。

Abstract: | Food safety in ifve-star hotels have been analyzed taking ifve-star hotel as the object of this study, and reasonable measures and strategies have been put forward to manage the food safety more conveniently in ifve-star hotels. Based on these, we can ensure the food safety of hotel catering, and enhance the service quality of ifve-star hotels. |
