| Abstract: | Food safety in ifve-star hotels have been analyzed taking ifve-star hotel as the object of this study, and reasonable measures and strategies have been put forward to manage the food safety more conveniently in ifve-star hotels. Based on these, we can ensure the food safety of hotel catering, and enhance the service quality of ifve-star hotels. |
