虚拟经济全球化与国家经济安全研究

本文基于虚拟经济的研究视角,提出当今经济全球化的本质是虚拟经济的全球化。研究虚拟经济作为一个整体对国家经济安全的影响。指出在当今虚拟经济全球化的经济背景下,国内与国际间竞争的重点已从实体经济领域转向虚拟经济领域。因此,国家经济安全的重心也应转向防范虚拟经济系统风险上来。论文最后提出维护国家经济安全、防范虚拟经济系统风险的相应政策措施:一是消除和降低国内虚拟经济部门的风险,包括提高驾驭虚拟资本的能力、构建人民币国际化的虚拟经济平台.以及建立国家安全预警系统:二是加强国内与国际的协调监管。

Study on Fictitious Economy Giobalization and Economic Safety
