| 摘 要： | 贵州作为具有资源优势的后发省份,在经济发展和工业化进程中可以充分学习和借鉴先进国家和发达地区的成功经验,引进其先进成果,在探索贵州新型工业化道路上,发挥好后发优势,实现历史性的跨越.在这一进程中,应解决好以下两个关键环节:大力发展生产性服务业;在技术创新的同时,做好相应的制度创新和管理创新.
