| 摘 要： | 通过对资源型城市物流节点进行分析，确定了资源型城市物流节点选址研究的必要性，提出了基于GIS和组合评价法的资源型城市物流节点选址的方法。此方法由可行性研究和最优化研究两部分组成，土地利用和主要运输方式的区域可达性是可行性研究的指标，铁路便捷度、公路便捷度等是最优化研究的指标。以我国某资源型城市为例，介绍物流节点选址的步骤。

| Abstract: | The paper determines the necessity of research on site selection through the analysis of logistics node for resource-based city and gives out the logistics node site selection method based on GIS and CEM. This method is composed of two main parts, namely feasibility study and optimization.
