| 摘 要： | 文章对国外经验与企业出口绩效的关系进行了分析和检验。通过对324家国内上市公司的研究，文章认为，企业的国外经验对出口绩效存在非线性的影响，该发现一定程度上可以解释现有研究中关于两者关系存在不一致的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the relationship between Chinese firms＇ foreign experience and export performance. Results suggest that foreign experience has significant impact on export performance. Different from the extant literature, this paper finds an inversed U shape relationship between foreign experience length and export performance. |
