真空中频感应加热炉感应器的补偿设计

摘    要:文章介绍了一种真空中频感应加热炉感应器的补偿设计原理、技术方案及其效果,通过优化设计感应器感应圈的结构参数来调节磁感强度和磁通变化幅值在感应器轴向分布的大小,以达到提高感应加热炉工作区的温度均匀性。

Abstract:Disclosed is a method of the inductance compensation design for inductive heating furnace. Changing the separation of the two coils of the inductance can adjust the distribution of the magnetic flux density and magnetic flux amplitude along the coil axis. Based on the idea, an inductive heating furnace with compensation designed inductance is finished. Compared to the furnace with classic designed inductor, the temperature distribution in the new designed furnace is better.
