| 摘 要： | 循环经济是符合科学发展观的一种重要的经济发展模式.循环经济的环保-可持续发展作用的发挥在相当大程度上决定着循环经济发展的效果.从不同阶段循环经济发展的本质来看,科技、物流系统充分发展和应用,并在此基础上形成一个动态的良性循环,才有可能使循环经济充分发挥出环保-可持续发展的重要作用.
