摘    要:孔雀石绿一直作为重要的工业原料和治疗水产动物水霉病的有效药物。近年来,由于经其处理的水产品具有高残留毒性,故引起了人们的高度关注。本文从危害鉴定、危害特征描述、暴露评估、风险特征描述等方面综述孔雀石绿在水产品中残留的风险评估。

Abstract:Malachite green is an important industry raw material and effective medicament for treating saprolegniasis in aquaculture. However, it has become a highly controversial compound due to its potential highly residual and toxic characteristics in recent years. The article described the risk of malachite green residues in aquatic product by hazard identification, hazard characterization, exposure assessment and risk characterization.
