| 摘 要： | 阐述了浙江省发展油茶产业的重要意义;论述了油茶消费市场的开发前景;分析了浙江省油茶产业的发展现状;针对浙江省油茶产业发展存在产业化程度低、劳动力短缺、技术较为落后、管理水平低下、政府支持力度小等方面的制约因素,从政府、合作组织和企业三个层面,提出推动浙江省油茶产业可持续发展的策略。

| Abstract: | Tea-oil tree originated in China is the main subtropical oil trees,and it is of great significance to develop camellia industry on reliving the shortage of edible oil supply in China,improving people's income,promoting valley development in Zhejiang and increasing the income of famer continuously.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development situation of camellia industry in Zhejiang.On this basis,analyzes the main problems of camellia industry which reflect in the low degree of industrialization,the short of the labor,lag in technology,the low level of management,lack of governmental support,ect.Finaly,suggestions to promote sustainable development of camellia industry was proposed in government,Cooperation Organization and enterprises. |
