高职院校凝聚人才的领导行为

摘    要:分析了高职院校在凝聚人才工作中的“三力”缺失,从而提出了凝聚高职人才的领导行为取向:更新观念,以创新的工作思路和方法凝聚人;巩固基础,以良好的内部环境凝聚人;挖掘人才潜力,以完善的管理机制凝聚人;拓宽渠道,以超常规的措施吸引人。

Abstract:Analyzes that institutions of higher vocational education are lack of three forces during condensing the talented person.Puts forward the behavior approaches to condense the talented person,which are:renews ideas,condenses the talented person with innovative thinking and method;consolidates base,condenses the talented person with good inner environment;taps the potential,condenses the talented person with perfect management system;widens the channel,attracts the talented person with extraordinary measure.
